You are in a group of 4 pods on our hilltop site with a view of Fairhead.
Directions (From Ballycastle):
• Follow signs out of Ballycastle to Coleraine for 2.6 miles.
• When approaching the site entrance there is a car repair garage on the RHS.
• 100 metres after that there is a semi-detached house. The entrance is
immediately after this.
• Entrance to the site is on the RHS with two large stone pillars.
• Follow site map to locate your accommodation.
Directions (From Coleraine):
• Follow signs out of Coleraine to Ballycastle for 16.8 miles.
• When approaching the site there is a church (Ramon Presbyterian) on the
• Keep following the road for 1 mile.
• As you get closer to the entrance you will notice a row of semi-detached
houses on the LHS followed by singular houses. Immediately after the
singular semi-detached house the entrance will be visible.
• Entrance to the site is on the LHS with two large stone pillars.
• Follow site map to locate your accommodation.
Check-in is from 15.00 to 19.00.
Check-out is by 11.00.
Both are a self-check-in/out system so you will access keys for your pod via the keypads located at on the inner wall of the pod’s porch area. The keypad code for your pod will be emailed to you within your check-in email.
You are in a group of 4 pods on our hilltop site with a view out to the ocean and Fair Head – the views are amazing! Surrounded by wild flowers with a dedicated fire pit at each pod.
There is a car parking area to the side of each pod.
We operate a self check-in and self check-out policy for our guests so that they are able to enjoy their stay with flexibility.
We do not accept pets within the accommodation, except service dogs.
There is a dedicated Pod User Guide within each pod where you will find information on all the features of the pod from how to fold down the bed, lighting, heating etc.

You will be sent an email regarding check-out procedures the day before you leave. We operate a self-check out procedure and check out is before 10.00am on the day that your booking ends.
Before you leave, we request that you:
– Turn off all lights
– Lock the door
– Return the keys to the lock box
– Recycling bins are provided on site. Please clear all bins in your pod before departure. Food waste bags are provided in your pod, please use and dispose of in the brown bin on site.
Fires, BBQs & Add-ons
No cooking or fires are permitted on the area directly outside the pod. Guests are permitted to bring their own disposable BBQs, but must place BBQ’s on the pad stone provided at the pods fire pit.
Guests are not permitted to set up their own campfire. Guests may not use their own fuel for the fire pit. Fuel must be purchased on-site and only the fire pit and BBQ resources provided on-site may be utilised.
We have a number of add-on packages that guests may have ordered before their arrival.
Items requiring refrigeration will be found in the pod mini fridge. Non-perishable food items can be found on the pod coffee table. Camp fire items can be found in the lockable chest to the side of the pod (they key is on your pod key ring).

Yes we have a privacy solution that allows you to enjoy privacy at night with a special film on the glass. If you follow the instructions in the pod user guide then people cannot see into the pod, but you can see out of the pod.
There are a number of light switches within the pod including the Bunkroom and shower room. The living space lighting switches are on the right hand side as you walk into the pod, and the internal central down lights can be switched ON/OFF at the bedside. The pod is full electricity with multiple sockets and USB sockets for your convenience.
The bed is hidden behind the wall like a murphy style bed. Instructions on how to access the bed is in the pod user guide in each pod. It is very simple and straight forward. The bed is fully made up also.
Yes there is a sofa seat box which lifts up under the sofa which would fit hand luggage/hold bag. Under the bunk beds would also fit hand luggage and hold bag. The wardrobe allows for full length hanging and drawer space.
Within the pod there is a heated towel rail which can be adjusted by using the thermostat. In the bunkroom, there is a fan heater.
Yes there are a number of electrical sockets throughout the pod. There is also a USB point which is located beside the sofa bed.
In your pod there is facilities to make tea/coffee, a mini fridge plus plates, cups and utensils. So feel free to bring additional food items (or wine!). There is also a dedicated fire pit outside the pod so you can place a disposable BBQ there. There is no microwave or oven facilities.
We ask all guests to please look after the key to your pod during your stay. To lock the door please pull the handle up as far as possible, then turn the key to lock.
Pods are inspected after each pod stay. As per our T&C’s if damage has occurred then you will be contacted. If something breaks during your stay please contact our housekeeping team.
No, all linens are provided.
All toiletries and towels are included in your stay. As is standard practice, we ask guests to only exchange towels when necessary.
The shower is full size. We ask guests to limit the length of showers taking into account good environment practices.
If the lights go out please check the fuse board. This is located above the glasses and cups within the kitchenette area. If a switch is positioned down just pull it up.
The sink is installed with a hot/cold water tap. The hot water is on a timer set at override which ensures a continuous supply of hot water.
We have provided an additional basin and washing up items during your stay, so that you can use the bathroom sink to clean up dishes/utensils that are used.
